I got this pillow a couple weeks after my daughter was born as I was gettinghorrible back pains from trying to hold her with my arms or use regular pillows to prop her up and it was great - for about two months. Now it's lost it's firmness and she sinks into the middle. The stuffing has shifted around. Also, maybe its because I never bought a cover for it, but you have to wear clothes while using this pillow.
