I got this shortly after I became too big to sleep on my stomach (which was what I mostly did) and could not get comfortable with plain old pillows (had lower back pains, couldn't get comfy, etc.).I slept 1000% better the very first night my pillow arrived!The following are the only reasons I did not rate this 5 stars: I wake up every time I want to turn over because I have to totally reposition the pillow between my legs (not a big deal because I am still sleeping better than before).
It's really not ideal for a smaller-than-queen-size bed unless you sleep alone.
I think it would take a miracle for a pregnant woman to sleep completely soundly through the night, and, as far as I know, a miracle hasn't been invented yet!
Overall, I absolutely recommend that every expecting mother has one of these pillows!
