We ordered the AR Pillow for our infant granddaughter whose reflux was giving her a lot of discomfort and interfering with her sleep as well as that of her parents and older brother.It hurt to see our precious granddaughter in so much distress.The pillow, in addition to anti-reflux medication has helped considerably.One problem, however, has been that the noise caused by opening the velcro fasteners has startled her, initiating crying, air swallowing and reflux.Old-fashioned ties might improve the design.In addition, for the cost of materials put into this product, I believe the cost is quite high.Someone handy with a sewing machine, cotton fabric and a piece of foam rubber with a 30 degree wedge, could make their own.Flamen Ball, Jr., M.D. F.A.A.P.
