Review of Cotton Tale Designs She Loves Me Pillow Pack

I bought the entire "She Loves Me" set (which was purple chenille with beautiful butterflies and caterpillars and flowers made in gorgeous cotton print appliqued quilted fabrics.) The first set of crib bumpers completely fell apart on the first wash in cold water, gentle cycle. After some discussion with the manufacturer, I was sent a replacement set with a semi-"nasty gram" note, saying failure to wash as instructed would eliminate any duty to replace the items on their part. Since I did wash it exactly as instructed by their typed-up note (which contradicts the instructions on the packaging), I was a bit put off by said note.Today, I washed the replacement crib bumpers for the fourth time IN A YEAR and guess what? They completely came apart at the seams AGAIN, just like the last set. Even the lamp from the set arrived bent, scratched and dirty, the hamper frame was scratched and even smashed on one of the legs, and the mobile (again, appliqued quilted flowers) began to come apart within two months of hanging it up. The flowers were not sewn together but simply GLUED. Cotton Tale does not deserve the positive review it received from Baby Bargains. The stuff is beautiful, but sadly, it is cheaply made crap from China at a made-in-America price. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this stuff.
