I bought this pillow based on the other favorable reviews from back sleepers, which I am.I am at the beginning of my third trimester.The first night I tried the pillow, I thought it was great.Then for a few nights my side hurt in the morning, so I stopped using the pillow.But I was more uncomfortable without the pillow, so I gave the wedge another go.I experimented with placement - both adjusting the velcro position, and adjusting how high/low to place the pillow when I slept.After experimentation of what works best for me, I think this pillow is great now!The pillow provides great support and prevents me from rolling over on my back while asleep.One piece of advice is to remove the casings as soon as you buy and wash several times.I found that the blue die ran onto my pj's.Luckily, my pj's are really old and ready for the rag bag anyway.Click Here to see more reviews about: Basic Comfort Rest EZ II Pregnancy Wedge
