I thought this bag would solve all my travel problems--carry a thin laptop, in-flight necessities, and a change of clothes. But after only a couple of short trips, the nylon began to rip on one side. I emailed the company with photos, but received no reply.
In addition, the nylon straps are very slippery, so they don't stay on my shoulder well. They're also a little bit too long, so I can't hold the bag securely in place with my elbow and upper arm while I walk--the bag is always slipping forward.
It probably works fine as a plain old gym bag, toting stuff back and forth to your car. But for actual travel through airports and lots of walking, it is not useful at all. I just bit the bullet and got a less-cool but more functional Buxton laptop tote.
