My daughter spent 2 weeks in the NICU and after a few days of feeding her 2 baby girls separately, the lactation consultant recommended that she purchase this pillow to tandem feed and save time (She was spending almost 2 hours feeding them separately). This pillow saved so much time and made nursing so much more relaxing.
